Emerie loves her boppy! It is amazing. She is one week old today. Already I am finding myself wondering where the time is going. She is doing wonderful. Before we were discharged from the hospital she had to have a shot. I thought I was going to be the strong one to protect her, but I could not bear hearing her cry. So, mom had to comfort her. Proud poppa I am! She is a sweet little girl, just like her mother! I am such a lucky husband, and now, father.

Home sweet home!!

We made it home today. It still amazes me that the hospital just lets you take them home. You can't walk out of the room with them not in their crib, but you can take them home and keep them. We are so glad to be home! Our lives have changed!
